Our practice is passionate about helping people reach their full potential in living their best lives. We have extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients, including those with chronic mental health conditions. Our philosophy at TDW is to enter into a therapeutic, authentic environment with each client for the purpose of helping them work through the challenges and to respond in a way that will promote restoration and encourage healing.
We specialize in working with teens, adults, and families struggling with a variety of concerns and mental challenges. We also have experience in couples counseling . We are trained to work with clients who are seeking faith-based therapy also. Whether it's life adjustment, depression and anxiety, work-related stress, grief/loss, parenting issues, interpersonal conflicts, PTSD, low self esteem, or other challenges; we are here to help you get through it. Our therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning we draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques and tailor our approach to each client's unique needs. We prioritize creating a warm and supportive environment for the client. Our approach supports wholeness by bringing the client into alignment with their mind, body, and spirit.

Our anxiety therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to help you manage symptoms of anxiety, identify triggers, and develop coping strategies. We use evidence-based practices to help you overcome anxiety and improve your mental well-being.
Our depression therapy sessions focus on helping you manage symptoms of depression, identify negative thought patterns, and develop coping strategies. We use evidence-based practices to help you overcome depression and improve your mental well-being.
Our stress management sessions provide tools and techniques to help you manage stress and improve your overall well-being. We focus on developing healthy coping strategies and techniques for managing stressors in your daily life.
Our mindfulness sessions provide tools and techniques to help you develop a greater sense of awareness, reduce stress, and improve your overall mental well-being. We offer individual and group mindfulness sessions for a variety of mental health concerns.
Our trauma therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to help you process and heal from traumatic experiences. We use evidence-based practices to help you overcome trauma and improve your mental well-being.
We are experienced Therapists with over 15 years in the mental health field. We are licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and soon to be licensed in the District of Columbia. Please ask us about our insurance and out of pocket options for payment.
